Juddson Culpepper

Juddson Culpepper is an experienced land services broker and the owner of Forza Resources LLC, where he has led over seven years of success in oil and gas management. He specializes in using GIS technology, reviewing agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. He holds two degrees from Texas A&M University, earning both a Master of Science in Natural Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Science.

Juddson manages over 200 independent contractors at Forza Resources and has handled deals totaling more than $60 million across Texas. His tasks include reviewing leases, managing interest divisions, and ensuring thorough property evaluations. He also co-owns Petra Land, where he oversees 25 contractors and uses GIS technology to track and analyze land. Additionally, as the owner of Saline Creek Oil and Gas, he has secured over 1,600 leases that have helped with successful drilling projects. In his earlier role with Kastner Land Services, he worked on title research, resolving ownership issues, and GIS mapping.

Juddson is passionate about guiding the next generation of energy leaders. He co-founded the East Texas chapter of Young Professionals in Energy and is a member of multiple professional groups, such as the American Association of Professional Landmen and East Texas and Denver Landmen Associations. His expertise in mapping tools (GIS), analyzing agreements, and finding important regulatory information has made him a well-known leader in oil and gas industry land services.
